Frank has worked in higher education since
1978. Before joining the academic world he worked in an electrical engineering
company in Loughborough. He studied Economics at the universities of Loughborough
and Glasgow. His main teaching and research interests were in European
Economics until the early 1990s, after which he turned his work towards
teaching and research in International Business. Before joining Bradford
School of Management he worked in Ilorin University, Nigeria, Manchester
Metropolitan University Business School, Plymouth Business School and
Hull University Business School.
Frank's interests include, country walking (very slowly),
church history, and he a preacher in a number of evangelical churches.
